I know that the specific heat capacity of water is 4186J/kgK and I'm interested if the specific heat capacity of the human body is smaller or bigger of that. The body should be thermal insulator and should therefore have a bigger specific heat capacity.
I'm doing a project on the effect of water in the human body and need to know this information, along with any other information you might know or find on the internet.
sources for your information would be awesome, thanks!
^_^
Oh and, is bottled water better than from the tap?
This is me doing my homework, Miss.
I've already found most of the information but these are still keeping themselves from websites.
Haven't you ever heard of asking your superiors for information to help with a project?
This most certainly is the case.
Just wondering if a human body can be completely be dissolved in a tank of very corrosive acid such as HCL or sulfuric acid?
How long will it take for a whole body including the bones to dissolve if put into a drum whole. (Not cut up)
Will the acid have to be replaced periodically?
Has this ever been done?
It would be a neat episode on myth-busters. They could try it on a 150# pig.
In a typical human , the following similarities may be quickly discerned:
The corresponding fingers of each hand (on the OPPOSITE side of the body) are roughly identical in length and shape; the same relationship exists concerning the size and shape of the hands, arms, shoulders, ribs, legs, knees, ankles, feet, toes, eyes, ears, and nostrils.
Additionally, the eyes and ears are located in the same relative positions on both sides of the face. Also, the corresponding teeth in the upper and lower jaw are roughly identical in structure.
What accounts for this symmetry?
What is the name of the fish that enters inside the human body trough urine, and lives inside makeing damge inside the body?
If I am not mistakin it is a freash water fish. 10x
Hi, I've just started learning about Coulumb's Law, and for a problem, I need to know the approximate number of electrons in a human body. I don't have much chemistry background, so a simple answer will suffice-- it doesn't have to be 100% accurate.
Thanks in advance.
How do oxygen move in the human body? Is it through there lungs I want a good right answer. So if you think you know it please answer this. Just want a long answer.
Is it carried by the hemoglobin in your blood.
(is it phosphorous excretion mechanism)? If so, why cant I use my hair like a match to strike a fire? Why do all human beings do not grow same length hair in the same body regions? Some have short hair some have long hair distributed in different areas of human body? Is it there to create air traction (landing points) for "nothing but air"?
What are the two areas in the human body where the 2 systems (circulatory, respiratory and digestive systems) are connected, what are the two systems and how?
I think it is the lungs and villus but I'm not sure.
